Right guys, I believe I have found a fix for this, been dealing with it since the update which along with constant crashes has pretty much made the game unplayable. What I found is that when I don’t customise the reticle, the game doesn’t try and wipe my settings as well as doesn’t crash, so far I’ve reset the game about 5-10 times and haven’t had to redo my settings and then when I customised the reticle it does it. Hopefully this is the reason, let me know if this works and if it does at least Respawn know what to look for to fix.
I tried not tuning alcs and just go regular settings and seems to work but that’s **bleep**
Ok so what u r saying is very interesting and usefull! Bcs i have been trying different things as well, and i just been checking to change a few settings, bcs i couldnt be bothered to do the whole adjustments, which takes me like half an hour every time. But not messing around with the ALC settings, and just changing some other stuff. Then it didnt show me the user agreement after exiting and restarting the game. And also the settings were saved after restarting the game.
I hope the people interested in playing the game will see your msg, and try it out. But personally I'm really fed up of the treatment we as players and customers are getting after personally spending thousands of euros on the game.
So I wont play before its an official statement from the devs that the problem is permanently fixed.

What causes the problem is the reticle custumization. (For the colors on the crosshair)
I just did all the ALC settings and every other setting i wanted to change except for the reticle and the laser customization. And it doesnt show the user agreement when i restart the game, and also it keeps the settings. It sucks that apex devs couldnt fix it for us, but at least u r able to play the game again.
Personally im not playing until it get properly fixed, bcs god knows if its a sustainable solution to the problem. But at least i restarted the game like 5 times and after testing it, and its been working fine so far.
