Which platform are you playing on? We've seen some other reports of this happening on Xbox and the team's currently looking into this, though there isn't currently a workaround or way to recover the prior settings unfortunately.
EA_Mako I don't know if this helps or not but i've been having this issue since the season started and specifically when i adjust my per optic settings, the next time i log off that's when it will reset all settings and do the term and conditions for the next time I log in. When i do not adjust the per optic settings everything is fine and dandy everything is still intact. Thank you hope this get changed soon, not fun having to adjust everything when I want to play.
