getting kicked

i keep on getting kicked  for some reason it says error with the server timed out yet i can re join and play on it and it gives me masive lag spikes when i play and it kicks me back into the menu after the match i got kicked more than 5 times i tried relunching the game wait it out and still nothing i wasted 2 hrs on ts also i lost some changes like on the banner and stuff like that
