Graphics Mode Resets to default after closing the game on PS5

After since this new update on Apex legends I have noticed that my graphics mode has always been sent to balanced and I remember putting it to performance so I tested out something out and I put it to back to performance then closed the game then reopened it and it got reset back to the default “balanced”. I really hope this does get fixed because I want to use performance not balanced.
