Heirloom Butterfly Knife for Octane disappeared

I obtained several heirloom shards approximately 4-5 years ago and used them to unlock the Butterfly Knife for Octane.

I recently returned to Apex Legends and have been playing actively on PC. When I checked my Octane cosmetics, the Butterfly Knife is completely missing from my inventory.

Additional Information: I have already contacted EA Support. They informed me that they can only check account history for the last 30 days, which makes it impossible for them to verify a purchase/unlock from 4-5 years ago.

This is very frustrating. I spent a lot of time and Apex Packs to get those heirloom shards, and now one of the items I crafted with them is simply gone. It feels like all that effort was for nothing.
