Help

Today I bought the battle pass and a Sparrow skin from the store. Right after claiming it, I opened the Apex Packs (there are 7 of them), and every time I opened one, I got the error "sh_items.gnut #840". I opened 3 Apex Packs, and each time I opened one, the game would crash, but at least I could play matches. But after quitting and restarting, it happens every time I log in, and now I can't play at all.
