In the description of the pack it says one item from the highlighted Healer Pack items is guaranteed but I just opened one and it gave me none of the items from it, I got a grey tracker, a blue something, and a purple banner frame not from the loot pool. I even checked the extra loot pool and got no items from it either and it still says I have 0 items from the pack when I go to check the browse items tab... Did I miss some fine print or something or did it bug out and forget to give me one of the items?
