I am missing the Ultimate Pass skins for Conduit and New Castle from Season 24

I logged into play with my friends today and I went to my legends locker to look at my Conduit skins, When I opened it, she was set to default but was showing the Ultimate Pass skin that I had paid for and used before. After exiting, the skin was gone and is no where in my inventory. Same for New Castle. I paid for both of them and used them in matches before and they are suddenly just gone.
