I can’t play ranked

So about a season ago I was getting packet loss for a month straight and couldn’t play any mode without this happening if fixed itself and I fine for a little while at the start of this season. One day I get loss when I start a ranked match and it was bad. From then on whenever I load a ranked match and only a ranked match I get loss and I can’t play. I thought it was my Wi-Fi but I tried it on another account and ranked played with no issues. I would like to play ranked on my main account but I can’t because of the consistent loss every time I queue into a game.
