I can't login Apex on Switch.
I used to be able to use this account, but after deleting Apex from my Switch and reinstalling it, I can no longer use it with this specific account.
I have contacted support numerous times, but they told me to contact Nintendo, saying that the account in question cannot be used.
They told me that I cannot use it because the account linked to the Switch itself is another EA account, but I have been able to use it with two Nintendo accounts, and this account is now unusable.
They also told me to link the Switch to this account, but I cannot do so in the first place without logging in.
As instructed by support, I also contacted Nintendo, but they said they cannot answer because it is EA's software.
I have summarized the issues that have occurred below.
While parental authentication is required, the fact that the input screen is not displayed on the parental authentication screen makes me wonder if this is not a login sequence failure in the first place.
1.This screen appears when I launch Apex on my Switch.
2.This screen appears when I press the 「認証を開始/Start authentication?」 button.
There are no input fields, so I can't type anything.
3.This screen appears when I press the B button to go back.
4.Since I already have an account, the following screen appears when I click the 「ログイン/login」 button.
5.I can't log in here even if I enter my EA account.
I can log in to the EA website from my PC with this EA account, so the EA account and password are correct.
As a result, the following screen appears.
