I can't receive the event rewards for the Apex 6th Anniversary event

I have earned 6,000 points in the event rewards for the Apex 6th Anniversary event, but I can't get the last reward (the Valkyrie skin and the last frame). On the event screen, I have 6,000 points and each item has a check mark, but when I try to equip the skin or frame, they don't appear in the options. I really want to get the items from the 6th Anniversary event, so please fix this as soon as possible.
