I have one heirloom but i never got my second one i bought over 1000 packs total my user name is southemforest i would like to maybe get a second heirloom Shards or maybe 100 packs

Hey Southemforest,
The team has very recently done a check of this system and found that it's working correctly, so this tends to be more an issue of tracking exactly how many eligible packs have actually been opened.
Keep in mind that certain types of packs do not count towards the guaranteed heirloom, so if any of those were factored in, that's likely what is throwing the count off a bit.
These Pack Types do not count towards the Bonus Heirloom Shards:
- Collection Event Pack
- Thematic Event Pack
- Milestone Event Pack
- Collection Retro Pack
- Any packs that might provide replacement items
Assuming the first heirloom showed up for you at or near the first 500-pack point, and you're at or near that 1000-pack total point, you should be fairly close to the next one aside from how any of the above pack types may have impacted that count.
