I have the raptors claw death box equip but is still not working

I sorta recently got the raptors claw heirloom and I was like oh imma get this death box kinda cool. So I killed someone and it’s not there and I’m like hm so I see I have it equipped i restart my game and still doesn’t work? EA plz fix this or I want my money back and I’m not the only one with this problem.
