I lost 100 Apex while trying to open them.

Hello, I bought two of the bundles in the store that came with 50 packs each, it was the Mirage and Horizon bundles. I went to open my packs, encountered a server error bug and lost all of them. I have seen others post with similar problems. Is there some kind of solution to this, because this is ridiculous and insulting to the players who spend money on this game.
