I think i'm missing free Apex pack/packs for leveling up.

Got myself level 366 (or 866 as Apex pack description says), game said that i'm getting 600 Tokens and an Apex pack. Got my tokens, but no pack. Simultaneously, I received free Apex pack from Anniversary Event Prize track, and was able to open it. Can someone please look into my account, to see if there is an issue with Apex packs granted from leveling up? Now that i experienced this, i'm sure i did get same issues in the past (was not granted free Apex packs for leveling up).
