I was banned for no reason

I'd like to report that my Apex Legends account was banned for no reason. I didn't receive an email notification and I didn't appear in the bans' Discord server. My account was banned over a year ago and I was never able to appeal. I'd like to report this bug to see if I can get my account back, since I never used hacks and couldn't have used them because I played on Xbox.
