Issue with Apex Packs

My current account ID has changed from “Nobirukun_” to “Nobirukun__”.

Could you please provide an update on this matter?

Fortunately, the contents of these packs are still added to your account immediately. The server error will prevent the notifications from appearing, but the actual contents of those packs are still provided.

When I open a pack, the Legend selection for the Legend Locker usually shows a slight red highlight, but this time it doesn’t appear at all. Also, during the current event where you get 1 free pack for every 10 packs opened, I didn’t receive that bonus pack either.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed playing Apex, so this situation — including EA’s response — is extremely disappointing.

Right Nobirukun_​, the notifications (red dots) do not appear due to this bug, but you are still receiving the contents of the packs.
