Issue with lost treasure retro pack

I bought 3 packs from this and literally didn't get ANYTHING from the event. When I opened all 3, they just gave me items you would get from regular packs instead of being like the collection event where it says you get 1 item from the event guaranteed when you open the pack. I didn't have anything from the event to begin with so it couldn't have replaced the duplicates. My platform is xbox my username is purpl nessi .
