Legend Locker doesn't highlight Legend with new cosmetics

When you get a new cosmetic item for a Legend, Legend Locker screen doesn’t show with a red dot which Legend has received this new cosmetic, which makes it hard to find. There is a red dot at the Legends tab and if you open correct Legend all indication there is shown as well. This applies both to universal cosmetics and to Legend-specific cosmetics.
