Light Source Bug on World’s Edge (Current Season)

Update:

I have been in contact with Intel Arc Support regarding this lighting issue.

After providing screenshots, video settings, and an SSU report, Intel has confirmed that they will start an internal investigation.

Several other Arc users have reported the same problem here, so I hope this information helps the developers identify the cause.

If I receive further updates from Intel, I will share them here.
