bad news: installed the new intel ARC driver, version 32.0.101.8531
did not help :(

        nero_six​ Its possible that a driver update is needed, but what I had meant was that I don't think that its an issue with the driver(s), more so that its a bug in Apex that is causing a lighting issue for players with an Intel GPU.
