LINK PROBLEM

Just to check, are you trying to link a new Steam account to your EA account, or are you trying to link a new EA account to your Steam account?

And my Steam account and my EA account are both old, but I lost access to my old Steam account and decided to change my account link because I have many old Steam accounts.

U just wanna switch my old steam account on another one, but It still says that it's ALREADY connected.

If you're trying to link a new Steam account to the ame EA account, then I see the issue. An EA account can only ever be linked to one of a specific type of account in its lifetime, so even if you unlock the old Steam account yo won't be able to link a new one. If you look at our unlinking article:

When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.

You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

So you're telling me that's it? I'll never get my account back with my apex?

You can always relink your old Steam account to your EA account. If you need help getting back into it, I'd recommend reaching out to Steam support.

You can also still play via the EA account itself.
