Loba's ultimate is bugged on console from the new season launch. When I try to use it by pressing R1 and L1 together like normal it only brings up her tactical and the only way to bring her ultimate up is to use her tactical both times so that both are on cool down while I press R1 and L1.
Seems multiple legends with dual tactical is experiencing the problem I hope they roll out a patch for it quick it’s making gameplay to inconsistent with those legends (loba,alter,sparrow) are the mains ones being affected
I, too, am having this same issue. Playing Loba and cannot use my ult until I’ve utilized both bracelet tactical’s.
