Lost Treasure Pack Proggress not Registering 4/15/25

Hi I have bought 5 to 6 lost treasure packs worth around 40 dollars USD to unlock the mirage heirloom and the progress is showing up for me. I asked my friend to buy it also and his progress has not been shown either. Pls fix. My account name is Beeman i am lvl 459 and my friends account is named randy please show us our progress. We really want the mirage heirloom.
