Marked as Abandoned match/afk penalty

Another day, another match where the game crashes and I get hit with a matchmaking delay because it registers as “abandoned match/went afk”. YOUR game crashed EA, stop hitting me with penalties and taking away my RP points because of if. 

I attempt to reconnect, game freezes. Close out game and re-open, “failure to reconnect”.
