Mastiff Hit Reg Issues

Couple days ago had same issue with mastiff, didn't have game play capture going. The mastiff is the only weapon I've noticed the hit reg is bad. Replayed the video, 1 frame at a time and the last shot is point blank and still no reg. The other 2 shots should have counted for some damage as well.
