Yep it is they take ages with this kind of thing it's there fault for not checking these things and we are all paying for it 😭
Same thing happened to me, spent $80 last night, first time I’ve spent money on a game in a while, just for the passes to glitch and my screen to load for 12 hours, this happened to me 12 hours ago why is this still a problem literally spent money for my game to get bugged 😭
It's sadly normal i think.. was in the support live chat and the supporter wouldn't help.
If anouph complain they'll do something because it'll bring back traction to the game they don't want
It's quite crazy how we've spent money and can't enjoy and play the game as a result. Hoping this draws the teams attention and they can fix this soon
