Same thing happened to me, spent $80 last night, first time I’ve spent money on a game in a while, just for the passes to glitch and my screen to load for 12 hours, this happened to me 12 hours ago why is this still a problem literally spent money for my game to get bugged 😭

Same here, I was saying if they don't fix it then my account will always be bugged but the woman I spoke with said she can't do much but raise it up with the team because she is only customer service
Mine was rude as hell, took getting through five different people for them to say, "ya we know, we're checking up on it"
It's quite crazy how we've spent money and can't enjoy and play the game as a result. Hoping this draws the teams attention and they can fix this soon
