Can you try completely exiting the game and restarting it?
The negative coin balance can also appear if you get a refund in real-world currency. We’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet and if you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
I see a few messages here from people that made a purchase of a pass or skin beforehand - can people confirm if this is the case for you or if this happened to you randomly?
After claiming the legendary submachine gun bundle from the Octane Pass, the game glitched and is currently frozen, as shown in the attached image. I have no access to events, challenges, passes, legends, or the store, nor to my Apex credits, exotic coins, legend tokens, or crafting materials. I also can't access my bundles, which are no longer displayed. This bug has been present for 12 hours. I've restarted the game, played matches, leveled up, and restarted my PC, but nothing works. I even went to sleep in the meantime, and nothing changed. (I play on Steam PC.)
Having the same issue since yesterday, didnt get a refund or something like that, just bought the basttlepass and it started there.
Even doing this is not working I've completely uninstalled and it still didn't work def a bug on ea's end i just bought the battle and spotlight passes for it to not give me half the stuff I earned within the time I had before the bug started I didn't give me like 3 of my fize pack so I reloaded and everything is grayed out
a couple hours into season 28 coming out I purchased the battle pass, and the octane spotlight pass. After I bought the passes I was still earning my packs and rewards for about 20 minutes I earned 2 packs and then my lobby was on loading mode, I deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, restarted my console, and my game, and restored my license. Nothing is seeming to work is there any tips? I can still participate in matches, however I can’t access my legend locker, store, challenges, wallet, or the event. I have over 10 packs to open that I’ve earned since the bug started happening and I can’t open any of them. I completed the octane pass and I have yet to be able to access any packs. I bought the coins, the night prior to the update coming out, and I was able to spend all of them on the passes and extra packs and my receipt got emailed to me, which makes me think I didn’t get refunded
Well for me it has been like this for at least 10 hours, no matter how many resist or games I do it won’t go, can’t do anything in the lobby except start a game, the negative currency in my case has nothing to do with a refund, just everything either says -9999 or 0, every single currency, including the exotic shards, I just can’t do anything else then start a game, every option is grayed out, i bought some apex coins for the event but I guess I can’t use that until this bug is fixed, my friend has bro encounters this at all, I did buy the valkyrie pass at the start of the season but haven’t got any rewards from it even tho I have it level 19
most likely everyone who purchased the premium+ battle pass is having the problem, as well as those who purchased the legends battle pass on the day of the update
I'm pretty sure this happened while buying something cause this never happened only when I bought a spotlight pass. Can u please fix this for us.

Happened randomly in my lobby after I bought the battle pass, I had a Gibraltar pass as well that I had been grinding for at the time and I also purchased a wishlist pack, after I went to buy the wishlist pack my game stopped letting me navigate the menu and all I could do was change game mode and check my friends.
Bought a spotlight pass and then the game started bugging out shortly after, got none of the rewards even though after games it said I obtained them. This is a serious bug and can’t be fixed by just exiting the game or restarting console.
I bought the battle pass for 9.99€ and 500 apex coins for 4.99€. After buying the battle pass, everything was as usual, I was able to equip the new skins, look at the store etc. But after buying the spotlight pass for Revenant the bug began. I couldn’t open any tabs besides the "play" tab. I read online that winning a normal game of trios or leveling up the battle pass should resolve this issue. Winning didn’t help at all but leveling up the battle pass fixed the issue temporarily. For like half a minute I was able to go to other tabs, but I wasn’t able to make any purchases with apex coins, change my skins or open packs. Additionally the packs I should’ve got from completing my Revenant spotlight pass weren’t showing up. After those ~30 seconds it went back to the bug and all tabs were greyed out. I tried everything. Restarting the game, restarting the console, changing WiFi, changing servers and some other things but nothing worked. Please fix this issue.
