Can you try completely exiting the game and restarting it?
The negative coin balance can also appear if you get a refund in real-world currency. We’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet and if you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
I see a few messages here from people that made a purchase of a pass or skin beforehand - can people confirm if this is the case for you or if this happened to you randomly?
a couple hours into season 28 coming out I purchased the battle pass, and the octane spotlight pass. After I bought the passes I was still earning my packs and rewards for about 20 minutes I earned 2 packs and then my lobby was on loading mode, I deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, restarted my console, and my game, and restored my license. Nothing is seeming to work is there any tips? I can still participate in matches, however I can’t access my legend locker, store, challenges, wallet, or the event. I have over 10 packs to open that I’ve earned since the bug started happening and I can’t open any of them. I completed the octane pass and I have yet to be able to access any packs. I bought the coins, the night prior to the update coming out, and I was able to spend all of them on the passes and extra packs and my receipt got emailed to me, which makes me think I didn’t get refunded
