Basically, I was playing on apex legends and last night I purchased 3 legend passes, which basically give you rewards by doing challenges as my favourite characters, I have completed one of them last night and haven't received my Fuse Skin pack and literally the game I completed it, has now made my lobby stuck in loading which means I can't change skins or legends. It's been like it since last night and I've tried restarting multiple times, there is no update so I think I'm bugged. Also briefly for like 30 seconds my lobby was fine, and I was missing my Fuse pack, battle pass rewards and event rewards. Hoping I'm not the only one and hope it gets fixed soon.
its the same for anyone who has brought a spotlight pass this has been happening for a lot of people we shouldn't have to wait this long for a fix EA takes the mick with things like this, noticed that they are fixing other bugs and ignoring this one smh 12+ hrs with not even a response
Probably cause they already have our money from this, so not as important, and the big streamers aren't covering it cause it's not happening to them. I don't see them usually buying spotlight pass cause they have everything unlocked already.
