Hi, I have a bug on my Apex Legends PS5 account: I can play matches, but tabs (Play, Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend Locker, Store) do not open, Apex Packs are missing, resources show -9999, and a recently opened pack skin (text was red) disappeared before I could see it. I have tried cache, rebuild, restore licenses, changing Data Center, and relogging. Please force sync my account and restore the lost Apex Pack reward. Thanks.

Same problem. The lobby is unavailable. I can only start a match. I can't access challenges, Legend Pass or Battle Pass rewards, the Legends Shop, or the Legends Locker. I purchased the Premium Plus Pass and can't claim my rewards.
