Hi, I have a bug on my Apex Legends PS5 account: I can play matches, but tabs (Play, Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend Locker, Store) do not open, Apex Packs are missing, resources show -9999, and a recently opened pack skin (text was red) disappeared before I could see it. I have tried cache, rebuild, restore licenses, changing Data Center, and relogging. Please force sync my account and restore the lost Apex Pack reward. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. I bought the battle pass and then some event packs, and after that I played a few matches, but when I returned to the lobby, it wouldn't let me access the other tabs.
