Can you try completely exiting the game and restarting it?
The negative coin balance can also appear if you get a refund in real-world currency. We’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet and if you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
I see a few messages here from people that made a purchase of a pass or skin beforehand - can people confirm if this is the case for you or if this happened to you randomly?
I bought the battle pass for 9.99€ and 500 apex coins for 4.99€. After buying the battle pass, everything was as usual, I was able to equip the new skins, look at the store etc. But after buying the spotlight pass for Revenant the bug began. I couldn’t open any tabs besides the "play" tab. I read online that winning a normal game of trios or leveling up the battle pass should resolve this issue. Winning didn’t help at all but leveling up the battle pass fixed the issue temporarily. For like half a minute I was able to go to other tabs, but I wasn’t able to make any purchases with apex coins, change my skins or open packs. Additionally the packs I should’ve got from completing my Revenant spotlight pass weren’t showing up. After those ~30 seconds it went back to the bug and all tabs were greyed out. I tried everything. Restarting the game, restarting the console, changing WiFi, changing servers and some other things but nothing worked. Please fix this issue.
