So as everyone knows the menu on xbox is messed up but before it was i bought a ash legend pass and the event heirloom but it never gave me my packs EA what are yall doing bruh🤦
Same here got 2 rare rampart packs and 1 legendary base apex pack after purchasing the rampart pass, not that I can even open it with the menus infinite loading bug and I'm on Ps4
