I also have the exact same problems for the past 24 hours,My shop, loadout etc. are all greyed out,but i am still allowed to play the different modes and i have comepleted all the missions for my Ashe and Wraith seasonal packs, the loadout and shops were fixed for a few minutes and noticed that i haven't received any of the rewards for my seasonal legend spotlight passes
