Dear EA support !
I dont know why but since i bought a spotlight pack , all the menu tabs on the too are grayed out , i cannot see my currency because it always shows -9999 , as it tries to load in , so the only thing i fan do is just play the game , but no other option like opening packs or customizing my legends.
I hope the issue is going to solved as soon as possible because i spent a decent amount of money on the game , and it would be a shame if i lost all of it , thanks for the fast response !
