I have the same issue. It's great to note - the devs are devs, not magic makers - anyone complaining about the "million dollar company not able to fix my issues" obviously have never worked in any type of engineering or support role. They said they're working on it and personally, I would rather them tell me they have no clue what's going on than to just give us BS answers. Everyone calm down and play the game without the pressure of micro transactions for the time being.
