We don't currently have an update on this situation just yet, but I did want to confirm we're aware some players have been running into this and we're currently looking into it. Thank you for the posts and information to make sure this was on our radar in the meantime.

^^ True or any form of compensation, I've paid £20 for everything and yet I've been able to use or receive NONE of it.
Quite a shame that we've spent any amount of money and not had any form of service in return..
