me too. The battle pass I just bought doesn't work, and the boxes in my account have mysteriously disappeared. I thought it was only happening to me. I just spent a lot of money, but I didn't get a single reward. And when I tried to appeal to customer service, the option to contact them was greyed out and unclickable. Does anyone know what's going on? I accidentally closed the case, and when I tried to open a new one, this happened. I REALLY NEED HELP!!
