I completed a legend passes, but I haven't received my Fuse skin pack yet. Now I'm stuck on loading, which prevents me from changing skins or legendary items. At the same time, I didn't receive my rewards properly.
I suspect that the old reward box affected the game, causing me to be unable to interact with the menu normally from the moment I received the first box from the legendary pass.
