Can you try completely exiting the game and restarting it?
The negative coin balance can also appear if you get a refund in real-world currency. We’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet and if you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
I see a few messages here from people that made a purchase of a pass or skin beforehand - can people confirm if this is the case for you or if this happened to you randomly?
From what I’ve seen, every player who’s run into this issue bought the Spotlight Pass, only to find that nothing works except the Play button.On top of that, they also aren’t receiving the Legendary Pack from the Spotlight Pass.
