Can you try completely exiting the game and restarting it?
The negative coin balance can also appear if you get a refund in real-world currency. We’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet and if you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
I see a few messages here from people that made a purchase of a pass or skin beforehand - can people confirm if this is the case for you or if this happened to you randomly?
We've done everything, restart the game, restart our systems, redownload the game, this isn't a refund issue, it affects ALL currencies, not just apex coins. And everyone here is showing pictures of -9999, on every single one of our currencies with the common denominator being we all bought the spotlight pass. That's not a refund issue, a refund issue doesn't close us all out of every aspect of the game except readying up. No one can select other tabs, our packs are all missing.
