We don't currently have an update on this situation just yet, but I did want to confirm we're aware some players have been running into this and we're currently looking into it. Thank you for the posts and information to make sure this was on our radar in the meantime.
As soon as we have any other information about this we'll update the thread. Thanks for hanging in there while we're taking a look.
We are all missing out on the event because of this too, no one can play battle pass, do their dailies, update anything.
