Can you try completely exiting the game and restarting it?
The negative coin balance can also appear if you get a refund in real-world currency. We’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet and if you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
I see a few messages here from people that made a purchase of a pass or skin beforehand - can people confirm if this is the case for you or if this happened to you randomly?
i did that several times, reinstalled the game as well. Nothing that ive tried seems to work, this happened a little bit after i bought apex coins so i could get a crypto spotlight pass. I've gotten a lot of stuff from the pass cuz i see it after matches or when i get back to lobby after leaving a match, but i cant access anything except the game selection, and the play button. 2 days ago btw EA_Pythia
