I had bought a horizon pass and im completing the challenges as I play and I realized that I can only play. I cant acces the event tab, challenges, store, legends or the battle pass. I also have negative currency and after a match I was able to access everything again but I didn’t receive the horizon thematic packs or rewards from the legend pass. Me and other people spent money on this so we better get our rewards or a refund because this is unacceptable.
