We don't currently have an update on this situation just yet, but I did want to confirm we're aware some players have been running into this and we're currently looking into it. Thank you for the posts and information to make sure this was on our radar in the meantime.

Agreed with everyone mentioning progress, packs earned and currency purchases needing to be correct when this updates! It’s been three days of being unable to track progress on challenges, change legend until you’re in game in the live selection, or anything besides just load into a match. Not a great start to a season people are already pretty unimpressed with.
