I have a problem: all the menus in the game are grayed out except for the Play button. But after I finished one game, they returned to normal for a short time. During that time, I got Heirloom Shards from opening packs, but they didn’t show up in the store.
After I quit the game and refreshed it, everything went back to gray again. This problem started right after I bought the Spotlight Pass and hasn’t been fixed until now.
Can you make sure my Heirloom Shards won’t disappear? And will this bug be fixed?

Having the same problem for over 24 hours. Pathetic they can't fix it or at least respond to our tickets

Happened to me too, I bought the whole event except for 1 pack planning on unlocking it from the event tracker and saving 10 bucks, but my dailies and event tracker haven't reset, I also finished the event badges but they are still locked, everyone I've talked to has basically said it's because of the spotlight pass

Having same problem after purchasing ultimate pass 48hrs ago. Let know if you receive an answer
