When I enter the game, I get stuck in an endless loading screen in the lobby. My character is there, and all I can do is start the game in any mode, but after the game, it may disappear or it may not, but the problem remains: I don't get any cases, etc. After re-entering the game, nothing changes. I reinstalled the game and did everything I could, but nothing changed. I play from Steam. This all happened when I donated to the game and bought an Octane pass for 1000 Apex coins. I attached a screenshot of the problem.
