I faced it when I got a legendary lmg pack from caustic's spotlight pass and when I return to the loby everything was grey and the pack was gone. Also I tried everything that i can do to fix it like uninstalling the game, restarting the laptop, updating steam datas.... I bought the pass and some apex coins yesterday but it seems like I wasted my money on this game please fix it I need my money back.
